Asad and his team have been a pleasure to work with. They are responsive, professional, and consistently deliver on their commitments. I would recommend them.
One area for improvement is their familiarity with local city building codes and regulations. Additionally, some of the junior team members occasionally missed details or made mistakes that required rework, which added time to the project. That said, whenever issues were identified, the team was highly responsive, took ownership, and resolved them quickly without hesitation.
Overall, my experience has been positive, and I would work with them again.
