01: Discovery
We start with your business, audience, fundraising stage, goals, and existing materials. A Pre-Seed pitch deck and a Series A pitch deck require different stories, even when they have a similar number of slides.
02: Structure
Before visual design begins, I map the narrative: what investors need to understand first, which proof points strengthen your case, where traction and financials belong, and how each slide supports the final ask.
This is where many weak pitch decks break down before design becomes the problem.
03: Visual Design & Revision
Once the structure is clear, I build the presentation using:
• Strong visual hierarchy and clean layouts
• Professional typography and brand consistency
• Financial charts and data visualization
