Analysis Step 1
At this stage, based on the information you provided. I conduct research on the field of activity, as well as an analysis of competitors. In addition, if a redesign is required, then I assess the problems of the current site design.
Analysis Step 2
I am creating a collective portrait of the user (person) of your target audience. Then, I create a flow-chart (it is a scheme that allows understanding of the user journey on the site) and low-level prototype that allows understanding of the content.
