You'll get a deep look at your customer's needs, pain points, and desires as they traverse all touchpoints with your services. We'll dig deep into the phases they experienced and unpack what they were doing, the tools and people involved, what they were thinking and feeling, the pain points they encountered and the insights they may uncovered. We'll provide a discussion including key moments of truth and key friction points. Also, we'll provide customer pull quotes. All of this will be built in a highly sharable Google Slides file. I'll also record the session so you can receive a zoom
