UX/UI audit is for you if you're ahead of your product redesign or want to work on your product's user experience or maybe you're wondering why your product isn't meeting users' expectations or you're simply before the launch stage of your product and need a fresh perspective.
How does the audit work?
The expert goes through the defined user paths, stepping into the shoes of the user but also looking at the product due to his experience, knowledge of good design practices, usability and accessibility guidelines, heuristics as well as psychology. He records each of his observations in a database.
The result of the audit is a database in which all observations will be described. Each observation includes its description, screenshot, category, error severity.
The client gets access to the database and to the recommendations. For the first two variants (quick and standard audit), recommendations are provided to the category. For example, the customer will receive a general recommendation for navigation. The extended audit provides a recommendation to each observation. It is possible to create a report with a summary of the audit, described methodology, examples and next steps.
