Being both a regular HSBC app user and a frequent visitor to the bank, I directly observed the challenges and frustrations individuals encountered when utilizing the app. Throughout the one year, numerous issues emerged, leading to confusion and disruptions in user interactions. With a strong motivation to enhance the app's ease of use and make banking more user-friendly, I undertook the task of redesigning the HSBC India app. This redesign aims to tackle pain points and elevate the app's overall user experience.
