UX/UI Designer Needed to Review and Improve Existing Figma App Design (Long-Term Collaboration)
They showed a good work ethic and were committed to finishing the job successfully, which they ultimately did. However, the learning curve was quite slow, and I had to spend a lot of time explaining things — that’s why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5.
Additionally, a few times during the project they mentioned that the work was taking longer than expected and asked for more payment, which I didn’t appreciate.

Job Success
Vodiana Balka, Ukraine - 9:45 am local time
𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗹𝘂𝘀 on Upwork with a 𝟭𝟬𝟬% Job Success Score and $𝟭𝟬𝗞+ earned. My longest engagement ran a full year and 𝟲𝟳𝟳 tracked hours, delivering pixel-perfect Figma-to-front-end work for one product team. Every UI/UX decision I make starts from the user flow, not decoration. I focus my UI/UX on SaaS dashboards, ecommerce, and landing pages, with developer-ready handoff built in. Most messages answered within 0-4 hours; ID-verified; English and Ukrainian fluent.
A recent client on a UI/UX project:
"Oksana took our messy Figma file and turned it into a clean, documented design system the developers could actually build from. Communication stayed steady the whole way, and the handoff was the smoothest we have had." (Product lead, SaaS onboarding redesign)
I am a UI/UX designer who works primarily in Figma, turning research and user flows into interfaces that are clear to use and clean to build. My strongest work is sustained product work: my longest contract was a full year of UI/UX and pixel-perfect front-end layout for a single product team. I care less about decoration and more about the structure underneath, the navigation, hierarchy, and states that decide whether a product feels effortless. Most of my UI/UX sits in SaaS, ecommerce, and mobile.
Year-long product engagement: UI/UX and pixel-perfect Figma-to-HTML front-end layout for one product team across 677 tracked hours.
Cost Wizard (mobile): UI/UX audit and redesign of an existing mobile app, including a UX analysis of the current flows.
Hector (ecommerce): UI/UX design for a casual menswear online store.
Bremsor (ecommerce): web design and UI/UX for an ecommerce services brand.
Your Diamonds (ecommerce): UI/UX and web design for a jewelry store.

Product UI/UX design. I take SaaS dashboards and complex web apps from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity UI/UX in Figma.
Ecommerce UI/UX. I design storefronts, product pages, and checkout flows where the UI/UX is built around completing the purchase.
Mobile app UI/UX. I design responsive, mobile-first UI/UX for iOS and Android.
Landing pages. Conversion-focused landing page UI/UX with a clear hierarchy and one obvious next step.
Design systems in Figma. Reusable components, auto layout, and documented UI/UX libraries that keep a product consistent as it grows.
UX research and audits. I run UI/UX audits, usability reviews, and competitor analysis, then turn findings into concrete UI/UX changes.
Developer-ready handoff. Annotated Figma files and specs so the UI/UX I design is what actually ships.
𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗜 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛
I work best with SaaS founders, ecommerce brands, and product teams who need a UI/UX designer who thinks in systems, not just screens. Whether you are redesigning an existing product, shipping a new one, or cleaning up an interface that grew without a plan, I plug into your workflow and keep communication steady. Comfortable working solo or alongside an existing developer and product team.
𝗠𝗬 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦
Every project starts with research and alignment: I look at your users, competitors, and goals before any UI/UX work begins. From there it is user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI/UX in Figma, then usability checks and an accessibility review. You get a documented, developer-ready UI/UX file and clear specs, so what you approve is what gets built.
Send me a message with a bit about your product and what you are building. I will reply within a few hours with honest thoughts on the UI/UX work involved.
