The freelancer's work quality was satisfactory, and his communication was solid throughout the project. However, my primary concern was with time management. The pace of progress felt slow at times, raising concerns about whether he was fully dedicated to my project or possibly working on others simultaneously.
I had requested screen sharing during our sessions to ensure focus, especially since I agreed to his requested hourly rate. While there were times he did share his screen, there were also several occasions when he did not, despite multiple reminders.
I would consider hiring him again, but only with the clear expectation that screen sharing is consistent for the entirety of any hourly work.
