Quite a bit wasn't working well with Syful before he disappeared and left us in a lurch, causing me to finally end the contract. I had him doing some work to our admin to delete orders that had been mistakenly imported from another system. He told us it wasn’t possible after spending time trying with Matrixify and another app. Turns out, it was quite easy to do - I ended up doing it myself. He also did some work on our product pages, displaying metafields which was off. I ended up getting someone else to fix it. Not a great experience.
