Designing an AI chatbot is more than arranging chat bubbles. The experience needs to make prompts, streaming responses, voice input, file uploads, errors, and rich content feel clear and predictable.
I will design a polished AI chatbot experience in Figma for your mobile app, web app, or SaaS product. I’ll begin with the core conversation flow, then create the selected screens and important states using consistent, reusable components.
Depending on your package, the design can include prompt suggestions, text and voice input, streaming responses, attachments, rich response cards, empty and error states, responsive layouts, light and dark modes, and an interactive prototype.
I have 8+ years of product design experience across SaaS, mobile, enterprise, and AI-enabled products. My focus is on making complex interactions feel natural while keeping the final Figma file organised and practical for developers to implement.
This project covers UX/UI design in Figma. AI development, API integration, and frontend coding are not included.

I've worked as a UX/UI designer on products for companies including Amway, SBI Cards, VI, and BankersKlub, handling user research, wireframing, prototyping, and interface design.
