Design and format plan review process document
Dalia was eager to work and did make good on her promise to start right away; however, she completely misrepresented her skills and ultimately delivered work that was subpar at best. When it was all said and done, we ended up doing the work ourselves but only after spending quite a bit of time providing feedback that we thought Dalia could take to improve the quality. I feel bad for leaving a negative review as she definitely had the desire to complete the design but the reality is that she simply didn't have the ability. It's sad that there is no category for "friendliness" as we could easily give her 5 stars there simply based off of how kind she was. All in all, she simply needs more training before she can claim to be proficient in graphic design. By the time it became evident that she didn't have the software / skill necessary to do professional design work, we were already very close to the deadline and were left scrambling to get everything finished.
