Project details
I've been developing Canva apps for various clients over the past couple of years. Working in this niche has taught me exactly how Canva's ecosystem works — from their SDK and review process to what it takes to build an app users find intuitive.
What You'll Receive:
Tier 1 – Maintenance
I'll keep your app compatible as Canva evolves by updating outdated dependencies and their implementation.
•••
Tier 2 – Basic App Development
I'll build or finish your Canva app following Canva's guidelines, ready for team review. Includes:
UI Design – Matched to Canva's design guidelines
Bundled App.js – All compiled app code
Localization Support – messages_en.json + translation instructions
Responsive Design – Desktop & mobile optimized
GitHub Repository – Updated with all live changes
Documentation – Full infrastructure breakdown
•••
Tier 3 – Advanced App Development
Some apps need more than just a Canva frontend — they require external services to function. Tier 3 covers everything in Tier 2 plus the development and integration of any additional apps or services your project needs, such as:
Admin Dashboard
API Server
Database
Stripe Subscriptions

Fix UI layout and activity rendering in existing Canva App (React)
Brian handled the complete technical development of my Canva app Phrasery from the ground up, and I can recommend him without hesitation.
His work covered the full stack: backend architecture with a database, Stripe subscription billing including the full upgrade and payment flow, a custom admin panel for managing users and subscriptions, deployment and hosting on EU infrastructure, and integration with the Canva Apps SDK including user login via OAuth. He took the app all the way from concept to a live, production-ready product in the Canva Apps Marketplace.
Beyond the technical scope, what stood out was his reliability and communication. He thinks along with the project rather than just executing tasks, flags feasibility questions early, and delivers clean, maintainable code. Working across time zones was never an issue — he kept me updated clearly and consistently throughout.
I'm continuing to work with Brian on further projects, which says the most about the collaboration. If you're looking for a developer who can own the technical side of a product end to end, he's an excellent choice.

Full-Stack Developer Needed to Build Adaptive Restaurant Booking Dashboard (API + Manual Flows)
Brian helped pick up a part started and scoped project with extremely complex requirements. We were extremely impressed by how he was able to hit the ground running in spite of a lot of ambiguity and add value right from the start.
He is able to communicate extremely well as part of a cross-functional and remote team working environment, as well as working independently to problem solve in his areas of competence. Excellent level of both spoken and written English.
We highly recommend Brian for full-stack development, user testing, front end UI & Azure deployments in large or small projects.

Experienced Full Stack Developer Needed for Exciting Project
Working with Brian is always a great experience. He’s professional, easy to communicate with, and consistently writes clean, well-structured code. He’s hired as a full-stack engineer working with Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma, and Node.js in business intelligence and cloud integration, and he's got strong technical skills and a clear understanding of project goals to everything he works on. Recommended.

If your business has been growing and you're running it on sheets or email, chances are it has become increasingly complex to keep track of everything. Your inventory, transactions, orders, appointments... everything is done manually and you have no way to keep track of who did what when and why. This is the problem that I solve.
The first common step is to look for an existing solution. This is the first thing I recommend my clients. But if you have been looking for an existing solution or have been trying one out for some time and you find that still nothing fulfills your specific needs, I want to help you.
I will build an application for your business that automates all of your internal workflows.
You'll be able to manage it all and give your staff different permissions to decide what data they get to see and what data they get to modify.
You'll be able to keep track of actions taken by your staff, assign tasks to them, send notifications, alerts, automated emails and more.
I will also create integrations with any existing services you may be already using. Perhaps all of your data is stored and created by a third-party service you're paying for, like an accounting or booking service. These type of services usually allow developers to create integrations and pull all of this data and display it or process it from your application.
When you hire me, the first step is the exploration phase, where I will talk with you or someone in your team to get to understand your current situation, your needs, and help you craft a plan that helps you understand how much this project will cost you and when you'll have it ready.
Usually, for this type of project, you can expect anywhere from four to ten months of engagement plus a maintenance phase afterwards.
The core technologies I work with are Next.js, Nest.js, TypeScript, and SQL. Around that stack, I work with a wide range of different cloud services, libraries, ORM, and third-party API's and tools. Too many to list, feel free to ask.
Let me help you scale, let's chat! 🙂
