Engineer Sign Off Required for Guardrail System
We engaged Humberto to review and certify a guardrail barrier system to U.S. code requirements. Throughout the process, he was diligent, thorough, and highly professional. He demonstrated a strong understanding of the applicable standards and clearly explained the compliance requirements and their impact on the design.
Humberto approached the project with care and integrity, ensuring the system met the necessary code obligations. His communication was clear, his documentation was well prepared, and he remained responsive at each stage of the review.
Although we ultimately decided not to proceed with the final design due to cost competitiveness constraints associated with meeting code requirements, this was not a reflection of his work. We appreciate his professionalism and would be pleased to work with him again on future engineering projects.
