He repeatedly failed to meet deadlines during this specific collaboration, often delivering one update and then disappearing for 24 hours. I eventually had to discuss the matter with Christian, as he only delivered the requested work five days late (weekend included). By then, we had already moved forward without the designs, which ultimately made them unnecessary. Furthermore, graphics were not really good, so we had to generate them ourselves.
I had assigned him several tasks in a different contract, and workload was set to increase, but he made no effort to take responsibility or compensate for his mistakes. Instead, he insisted on full payment despite the poor delivery and missed deadlines. This attitude, combined with the lack of professionalism, left me disappointed and forced us to close all contracts with him.
