If you're a first time client like I was to Upwork, stop now, and just go with Iftakhar!
I tried between 10 and 15 designers prior to Iftakhar and it was not pretty. Iftakhar understood the brief quickly, studied and then correctly interpreted the design principles and guidelines, and therefore was able to complete the proposal just as I wanted it. Few quick tweaks at the end, and what was meant to take 48 hours, took less than 24!
