Manoj was very responsive and worked quickly to get a design done. The design was a good one, and after several rounds of edits we had a final version. The final package took multiple attempts to get it correct, as I was looking to have an EPS file I could modify. Some parts were editable, some were not (for example, some bitmaps were combined with text objects). Manoj did work diligently to get it right after each request, so the effort was good to keep the process moving.
