Pros: A friendly and willing freelancer, that tries his best to find a solution. If there is more work than expected, he doesn’t hesitate to complete.
Cons: level of professionalism is intermediate. It requires multiple weeks to solve 1 issue. Overall took much more time than expected(if not considering my side)
