You will get a one on one session and the ability to discuss your projects design and usability related issues. We will discuss solutions that are already working and will try to figure out what is the best possible design approach for your App.
I will share my screen and will suggest design layouts on Figma and will quickly see heuristically speaking what design layout and flow works better. I like to discuss the product's idea with the client, understanding their business goals and conducting User Interviews and conducting competitor research. Laying out clear KPIs, Defining the right problem and coming up with Innovative ideas is my favorite stage.
Because I have extensive design experience of over 19 years, I normally jump straight to High Fidelity Design screens, to save the client's time and because the clients understand the close to final designs better.
I normally develop the Interactive Prototypes via InvisionApp, as it is easily sharable, and the client can further present the same to their Stakeholders via web or mobile and get their feedback on the flow and the solutions quickly and easily.

Delivery time starts when Imran receives requirements from you.

Gather and Analyze Requirements
The first task is to gather technical constraints, and user needs. I need to assess what problems do you need help with, is it from the User Requirement side or from the design implementation side.
Prepare Low fidelity Industry Standard Flows
Then according to your requirement I will prepare examples and flows in a Figma file
