Here's how I typically approach designing eyewear:
1- Concept & Sketching I start by sketching ideas to define the overall look and style of the frames.
2- 3D Modeling Using Fusion 360, Solidworks, or Blender, I create a precise 3D model of frames, lenses, hinges, and other details.
3 -Refinement: I fine-tune the model to ensure the shape, fit, and proportions are right.
4- Rendering : I use Blender or Keyshot to create photorealistic images (and animations if needed) to visualize the final design.
5 -Export for Manufacturing: I export the final 3D files in STL, STEP, or any required format, ready for prototyping or production.
6- Technical Documentation If needed, I provide 2D and technical drawings based on manufacturer's requirements.
