Social Media und Influencer Manager gesucht Very disappointing and unprofessional behavior from Susann. She ended the collaboration before it even truly began. Due to a family member getting sick, I had to travel to Guatemala and was delayed by two days in preparing her first task because of an exhausting flight — which I had communicated to her. After I apologized and explained the situation, she still showed no understanding. Instead of being supportive and flexible at the start, she reacted rigidly and chose to end the contract. She even charged me 20 minutes without having started any actual work. I was looking for someone to help support our marketing agency and bring solutions, not create additional difficulties. Overall, this is not the right mindset for a successful collaboration.
