APP Designer for a digital wardrobe app
This has been my worst experience on Upwork so far. I’ve always worked with professional and creative designers here, but this was a major disappointment. Despite being clear about the tight budget from the start, Nil agreed and delivered a design that was poorly executed and felt more like a mockup than a finished product. He then asked for more money to fix it, offering his hourly rate instead of honoring our fixed-price agreement. I was willing to compromise, asking about next steps and hoping for a reasonable quote to bring the design closer to my expectations. Instead, he abruptly ended the contract, leaving me with a design that is completely unusable and far from what was promised.
