I collaborated with a mobile app startup to redesign their iOS and Android experience from the ground up. The existing app suffered from poor user flows, inconsistent UI, and low engagement, which was directly impacting retention and conversions.
My focus was to transform the product into a clean, scalable, and high-converting mobile experience by combining strong UX strategy with modern UI design.
