I'm Azizbek and I'm a senior UI/UX designer with more than 9 years of experience. I love designing user-centric, visually stunning interfaces that lead to a great UX.
My process goes:
1. Briefing / Discussions - learning about your problems, pain points, and goals. (Extended Research - User research, user interviews, observations, contextual inquiries, demographics).
2. Problem analyses - I use 5 whys, Point of View, how might we questions techniques to analyze your problems.
3. Brainstorm solutions - I use brainstorming, brain dumping, brain walking, worst possible ideas, brainwashing techniques to come up with innovative and stunning solutions.
4. Design & Prototyping - I usually start with sketches, wireframes to get initial feedback. Then I design hi-fi mockup, pixel-perfect mockup, and clickable prototypes.
5. Testing - depending on your budget and timeframe, I use usability testing (gorilla testing, moderated or unmoderated remote testing), A/B testing, 5-second testing techniques.
6. Revisions - I make changes based on your and your users' feedback, and improve the designs. This process is repeated through 4-6 steps until you are satisfied with the results.
7. Delivery - I handoff the designs and their documentation to your developers to start the implementation process.
8. Support - Sometimes additional support is required during the implementation process, don't worry and feel free to contact me for that support.
