- Aykut is very dedicated to his job, not only on the level he is operating in, but also to understand more about the total process. He does not only want to make a visual exactly as we ask it, but also places himself in the position of the user and asks questions about the how and why and what the functionality is supposed to do. All this, in order to understand why he is changing or adding new stuff to existing designs and also in order to advise us how to even make it better than we asked for. Aykut regularly pro-actively gives input for improvements.
Weekly we receive e-mails in which new designs are presented and if needed with extra information in the mail, in the design itself via text boxes or in case additional explanation is needed via a Teams call.
We tend to change our mind quite often so if a design is not directly 100% what we want, it's mostly due to our changed mind than due to a poor design.
