UX/UI designer for web app focused on personal development Kathy did a good job of converting complex design ideas and requirements into concrete design outputs with little guidance. She isn't normally available outside of the usual Chinese working hours and also at the weekend. She has a strong preference for clarifying issues in writing over meetings. These preferences clashed with our working style, but the overall service and context made it still worthwhile.
