All work was good at the start, and then the quality became rubbish. Not sure if they're changing designers, but all the work that was done needs to be redone

Vectorizing the submitted work.
Thank you for your time and effort on this project. However, I need to be honest — the result did not meet my expectations.
I specifically requested a properly recreated vector file where I could edit and change the fonts. Since the design was auto-traced, the fonts are not editable, which defeats the main purpose of the project.
Additionally, despite asking multiple times, the font file was not shared with me. I also clearly requested the size to be 16x24 several times, but it was not delivered in the correct dimensions, and I had to export it myself.
I appreciate the time you spent, but unfortunately, this was not the level of work I was expecting.
