Ather was very responsive, patient and exceeded expectations with his communication. While the initial work product was rough - he worked diligently on addressing several content issues. The final product is vastly superior than what we started with.
To anyone who is looking to hiring a resume writer at this price point, this is not a hands-off exercise - you need to collaborate with the writer. If you want a white glove service then you'll need to invest a lot more $$$ given the time / domain knowledge it takes to finesse the content.
Overall I'm very satisfied, Ather delivered the goods and I'm grateful for the service rendered.
