The freelancer showed us work that appeared to be created by other designers who had worked for large companies. However, after we hired her, she was unable to create even a basic professional logo. It became clear that she lacks the design skills and experience that were implied during the hiring process.
The logo concepts she delivered were of very poor quality and did not meet professional standards. In fact, our existing logo is significantly better than the work she produced. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and we would not recommend her for logo design projects.
