PCB Design Review and Optimization for RS232 to RS485 Converter We had continuous issues with getting on the same page regarding what the requirements of a POE project are even though a thorough scope of work was supplied.

Freelancer is likely better suited for smaller project vs. enterprise grade projects.

However, Asad was very communicative and fast turnaround with action items.
