I specialize in creating detailed Property Site plans or Property Layout or Land Development Plan or Land Plot Mapping for a variety of projects, including new build houses, home additions, deck or patio renovations or extensions, new construction buildings, and outdoor structures like parking lots, landscape layouts, commercial space, etc. With 12 years of expertise, I assure precision using state-of-the-art satellite imagery, GIS Data, rough sketches, and county parcel maps while strictly adhering to zoning codes. I will use AutoCAD for the layout drafting.

My service includes the property lines, existing structures, trees, driveways, pools, utilities, and other significant features. I thoroughly review the site plan, offering complimentary revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction. It's important to note that while my service is not a Legal Survey, it is a cost-effective alternative for obtaining building permits. If you need Utilities and an egress plan, please contact me beforehand.

FYI- Please check with your local building department to determine whether a certified site plan from a Surveyor, Architect, or Engineer is necessary.
