Brand refresh and collateral development for sports club
We hired Marianna to do a brand refresh for our American Football club and to design some critical marketing materials. In my normal professional career, I have worked with many large marketing and branding agencies. My experience working with Marianna matched my experience in working with these types of marketing and branding organizations. She immediately understood what we needed, created deliverables that exceeded our expectations, and did this on time, in a professional and collaborative manner. We plan on working with Marianna on an ongoing basis.

I'm Marianna, co-founder of Aerious, a studio with over 11 years designing apps and brands. On Upwork I also take on smaller, more focused projects: extending an existing logo into a complete visual identity, designing a landing page that needs to look and feel right, or organizing a messy project into something clear and workable.
My core skills cover UI/UX design for web and mobile in Figma, brand systems for both new brands and ones that already have a logo but need direction, email and landing page design, and turning a pile of loose ideas into a clear project structure using tools like Notion and Trello. I also build wireframes, prototypes, and editable templates in Canva, Figma, and Adobe Express when a client needs something they can update themselves later.
I work best async. You share your goals and materials, I ask the questions that matter, and I come back with something structured and ready to use, with clear milestones along the way and fast turnaround on smaller pieces.
Two examples of recent work: for Lake Zurich Red Scorpions, an American flag football club, I refreshed and systematized their existing brand instead of starting over, defined their typography and color rules, built out a full brand book, and designed their gameday flags, banners, and posters, all organized through a Notion board so the whole process stayed easy to follow. For Luz Mariela, a chef and educator with too many services and no clear offer, I organized everything into a landing page, a visual system, and a booking flow that finally made sense.
