Septic system plans My experience working with John was disappointing. He delivered incomplete and unviable engineering plans that did not meet basic requirements. Despite multiple messages and a formal request to correct the deficiencies, no revisions were ever made. John mentioned that his team was based in Vietnam, but regardless of location, communication was consistently poor. He failed to respond to follow-ups and completely ignored refund requests. I would not recommend working with him based on this experience.
