PSD Flyer Animation Artist NEEDED! Graphic Artist needed to help assist in motion
This freelancer was not able to meet the demand for motion in a flyer. Instead what I did get from the freelancer was a flyer that blinked the title of the flyer and that is it. So This guy did not have the experience i needed for this job.
