Project details

I design conversion-focused landing pages and websites in Figma that make complex services easier to understand and act on. For a car insurance landing page redesign, I improved the visual hierarchy, messaging, responsive Web Design, and conversion flow, contributing to a 50% increase in website visitors. The final design was built across desktop, tablet, and mobile with a clean, scalable UI system.

UI/UX Design for Web App / Website (Figma) Rotimi is a highly skilled Figma designer. He works seamlessly with our graphic designer and our developer to bridge the gap between mockups and a functional, responsive website. We've worked with him before and would be glad to work with him again!

He's also a really friendly, personable individual who works and communicates extremely well in a team.

Don't hesitate to hire Rotimi!

DropIT – UI/UX Design (MVP Scope) Rotimi did an excellent job designing the UX/UI for my MVP in Figma. He quickly understood the product vision and transformed my ideas into a clean, modern, and user-friendly design. Communication was smooth throughout the project, and he was very responsive to feedback and iterations.
What I appreciated most was his attention to detail and ability to think through the user experience, not just the visuals. The final design looked polished and professional, and it gave me a strong foundation for development.
I’d definitely recommend Rotimi to anyone looking for a talented UX/UI designer for startups or MVP projects, and I look forward to working with him again.

🫡 It only takes 1 minute to know if I'm the right designer for you.

Let's talk about you for a second. Most design problems start long before the first screen is designed.

I've learned this after working on products at very different stages. Sometimes there's a founder with an idea that needs to become an MVP. Sometimes there's a SaaS product that has grown complicated over time. Sometimes the product already works, but nobody can quite explain why users keep getting stuck.

In all three cases, the temptation is the same: open Figma and start designing.

I usually try not to.

The interesting part of UI/UX Design, at least for me, is figuring out what needs to happen before the interface exists. Who is using this? What are they trying to do? What does the business need from them? Where does the User Flow break down? What information actually matters?

That's where UX Research, User Flows, Wireframing and User Experience Design come in. Figma comes later.

And I've seen what that thinking can do beyond the interface itself. I helped take an AI SaaS product from MVP to $500k+ in funding, designing Metacare's website, SaaS dashboard and Figma Design System from the ground up.

I've worked on 100+ UI/UX projects across SaaS, FinTech, AI, marketplaces, web and mobile products from early MVPs to established products needing a UX/UI redesign.

What I actually do

Most of my work sits somewhere between User Experience Design and User Interface Design. I use UX Research, User Flows, Information Architecture and Wireframing to work out the structure, then use Figma, UI/UX Prototyping, Interaction Design and high-fidelity UI Design to bring it together.

I've designed 15+ Mobile App Design experiences for iOS and Android, 35+ websites and landing pages, and 20+ SaaS platforms and dashboards covering CRM, analytics, fintech and other data-heavy workflows.

I've also worked on 5+ fintech products, where things like savings, credit, payments and transactions have to be understandable before they can be beautiful.

And because a design isn't particularly useful if nobody can build it, I've built 10+ Figma Design Systems and component libraries with reusable components, variants, responsive patterns and interaction states for developer handoff.

A few things I've learned along the way:

✅ A good interface can make a complicated product feel simple.
✅ A good User Flow can save you from designing twenty screens you never needed.
✅ A good prototype can expose a problem before a developer spends a week building it.
✅ And Usability Testing will occasionally tell you that the thing you were very proud of is the thing users don't understand.

That's why my process is deliberately boring:

Understand → Structure → Design → Test → Handoff.

I start with the product, users, business goals and requirements. Then UX Research, User Flows and Wireframing. Then Figma, Prototyping and high-fidelity UI/UX Design. Then Usability Testing, refinement and a developer-ready handoff. No jumping straight into pixels.

Some of the work I'm proud of

Metacare: AI SaaS
Designed the website, SaaS dashboard and Figma Design System from the ground up, helping take the product from MVP to $500k+ in funding.

SWAP: EV Mobility
Designed the website experience for an EV mobility platform supporting 50,000+ SWAPs, 400 vehicles, 98% average uptime and ₦100K average monthly savings per rider.

Kinder: Car Insurance
Redesigned the responsive Web Design and landing page experience, contributing to a 50% increase in website visitors.

Fintech Savings & Credit
Redesigned the Mobile UI/UX for Stacs, a savings and credit platform offering up to 2× savings as credit, alongside BNPL and RNPL products. The product went on to attract 10,000+ users in its first year, process ₦500M+ in transactions, and facilitate ₦230M+ in savings across the platform.

You don't need to have a perfect brief ready.

Send me the idea, Figma file, website, MVP or whatever you've got. I'll take a look, ask the questions that actually matter, and we'll figure out whether you need UX Research, Wireframing, UI/UX Design, Mobile App Design, Web Design, SaaS Design, Usability Testing or something else entirely.
