I decided to re-orient my career path towards UX research and design in January 2015. I studied Anthropology, and specifically ethnographic research, as well as Interaction Design, through the Coursera specialization offered by University of California-San Diego.
In the past, I worked as a web product manager for 5 years, striving to improve experience for customers. My 10-year experience as a teacher helped me develop numerous skills, easily transferable to UX design and support.
