Contact and first briefing
Kindly contact me first so that we can go through the scope, see if it's doable, and discuss any limitations or possible design directions. After this first workshop, I will go ahead with my design process using the double diamond method.
User & market research
I will start off by conducting user research, market research as well as basic research on your brand or business. This will either be used to gather analysis, insights, or to create user journeys or personas depending on which package you've chosen.
