We previously worked with this team and had a great experience, which is why we chose to use them again. Unfortunately, this time was very different.
The project covered iOS and Android app development, website work, and marketing (App Store & SEO).
- iOS Development: Still excellent ā efficient, responsive, and high-quality work.
- Android Development: Extremely disappointing. Progress was negligible, and weāre now restarting the entire Android app from where we began over a year ago.
- Website: Eventually completed, but not implemented properly. For example, localization is handled via a manual button instead of detecting browser language.
- Marketing: Both ASO and SEO started with generic templates that clearly misunderstood the app. The ASO specialist improved greatly after feedback; the SEO support unfortunately did not.
We experienced constant staff turnover, often replaced by inexperienced or low-cost team members, which contributed to repeated delays and inconsistency. But the most frustrating issue was poor communication, which persisted even after escalating to a project manager, account rep, success manager, and CEO. GitHub updates were frequently claimed but not reflected in the repo.
In the end, we had to cut our losses. While parts of the project were handled well (especially iOS), the overall experience does not justify working with them again.

UX design of Fitness App
Mateja is part of an agency and as such wil match a resource to the project. We loved the resource that ended up working on our project. She was fantastic and did a great job. Unfortunately, she decided to quit the agency after 3 weeks and took a new job. we had 3 days of notice which didn't leave much time and will be difficult for us to address with FE and BE devs looking for more wireframes that won't be there.
