Usually, it is not because the idea is bad. The first few screens may ask for too much, explain too little, or make the next step unclear. When that happens, users rarely send a complaint. They simply leave.

I design mobile app UX/UI in Figma for founders, startups, SaaS teams, and product owners who need their product to feel clear, useful, and ready to move forward.
Some projects need a complete flow from an early idea to a clickable prototype. Others need an existing app cleaned up: better navigation, stronger hierarchy, more consistent screens, or a smoother onboarding experience. I can help with both.

Before I start designing, I take time to understand the product, the user, the main task, the current constraints, and what the team needs to review or build. Then I map the flow, identify the uncertain parts, refine the interface, and prepare the work in a way that is easy to discuss and practical to hand off.
