Tetiana was not only a pro in Figma, but really took the time to understand the UX and logic behind it all, which made the biggest difference.
It's refreshing to work with someone and feel that they actually understand what and why they're doing somehting, not just in zombie mode.
Will definitely work with her again once we unblock some business stuff.

I worked with Tiana over a longer period. In the beginning, she was very dedicated and delivered good results. I always paid her fairly and on time – in some cases even in advance. Unfortunately, her work ethic changed over time: communication became difficult, agreements were no longer respected, and despite a fixed price agreement, she later demanded more money.
Although I trusted her multiple times and asked her to complete the agreed designs, she ultimately withdrew from the project while tasks were still pending. I deliberately avoided escalating the situation to not jeopardize the project – but in the end, my trust was taken advantage of.
This review is not about blaming anyone, but about giving others a realistic perspective. I respect every freelancer who works fairly – but I also expect fairness in return.
