Creative Director For a Branding Studio
Daniele is a great candidate for brand design, especially for industries like tech where clear structure and straightforward branding are important. He is a great person and designs well within his niche. The reason the rate was set higher was because the role was meant to be a creative director for our niche, which is a bold design company. This did not fully match the type of work Daniele naturally delivers in his own niche.
We tried to support the process with communication between him and the rest of the team, but there still seemed to be misunderstandings that his role as creative director and team lead was supposed to handle. We believe the best match for Daniele is tech companies that want clean, structured branding rather than more experimental or bold creative work.
Overall, Daniele did great work as a graphic designer, but our niches did not fully align.

Company Logo & Consultation
I do not doubt Daniele's capability to help people with their brand identity and logos, but the logos he drafted completely missed the mark and I felt that he did not follow the extensive instructions I provided.
I feel that Daniele is an expert at creating logos for tech companies or contemporary logos, but that's not what I'm looking for. Will just have to take my losses and move on.
