Continuation of WordPress Website Redesign and Customization Project
STRENGTHS:
Designed a beautiful website that streamlined a breadth of offerings into a presentable and accessible user experience.
Willingness of team members to implement solutions to integrate specific requirements.
Cooperation of members to work with us as a team to complete the project within the hard deadline.
Maintained professionalism throughout differences and disagreements.
Committed to completing the project by offering patience, flexibility, and dedication.
WHAT NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED:
Communication among team members was poor, leading to delays.
Design did not easily translate or integrate into the targeted development environment. This contributed to the delays in completing the project.
We recommend input from the development team into design at the earliest stages and/or feedback to the client
Communication between client and provider was also poor.
Client feedback was not implemented completely and required repetitive feedback cycles, which were time-consuming and frustrating.
We finally overcame this by organizing a group chat with their team to streamline communication and work one-on-one online to ensure that feedback was implemented. I have never had to do this before.
Solution orientation can be improved.
When obstacles with design integration were encountered, we provided suggestions that could support the implementation of the design; this was unexpected.
Detail orientation can be improved.
An example of this is that we were required to repeatedly point out the initial feedback that was not addressed, which resulted in many feedback cycles that also led to the extended delays.
We acknowledge that the budget requested was a good value, and we were open to additional negotiations if it was requested. However, it required an extraordinary effort and time on our part to complete the project. Overall, we would not repeat this experience.

WordPress + Divi Designer Needed for Blog Refresh, Affiliate Setup & AdSense Integration
Good experience working together. We did not fully complete this contract due to adjustments on our end, but they were very efficient with the design and requirements. Throughout the process, they were patient, helpful, and accommodating. They offered open communication, quick responsiveness, and strong availability for meetings. They were willing to make changes, easy to coordinate with, and delivered good work. We also worked on another website design with them for a different company, which was successfully completed in a short time frame. We would hire them again.
