Figma to WordPress & Elementor Developer
I've worked with Amit for quite a while on a number of different WordPress projects, and overall the quality is pretty good. But there's a lack of skills in communication and following detail. And often with updates websites break and then we have to rehire him to fix them. And this cycle went on for quite a while so unfortunately we have to end the projects and move on to different platforms because there's too much reliance on Amit to fix things. I think overall he's a good WordPress developer but he can improve his communication skills and following direction. Often I would relay details in a web chat and then he'd repeatedly not do what's requested and I had to re-mention it, so I spent a lot of time babysitting. If you could learn some project management skills, this would be better. Otherwise, you have to give clear instructions, clear tasks and follow deadlines.
