AI-Powered 3D Mesh Generation & Reconstruction for Cardiovascular Anatomy
I build end-to-end deep learning pipelines that compress, generate, and reconstruct patient-specific 3D meshes of cardiovascular structures — aorta, iliac arteries, branches — directly from CT/NIfTI scans or learned latent spaces.
What I deliver
A trained AI model that does four things:
Compresses 3D meshes into compact latent representations — enabling fast retrieval, interpolation, and population-level analysis
Reconstructs meshes from latent space with minimal geometric loss — retaining clinically relevant surface detail
Generates new anatomically consistent meshes, conditionally (patient parameters, pathology class) or unconditionally — for data augmentation, statistical shape modeling, or synthetic cohort generation
Reconstructs directly from CT/NIfTI — full segmentation-to-mesh pipeline producing clean, simulation-ready output in STL, PLY, or VTK
Everything ships with a reproducible Python training and inference pipeline, optimized output meshes suitable for CFD and FEA simulation, and clear documentation with usage examples.
