A 24/7 AI incident detective: it does everything the on-call watch does — reads your logs, dashboards and runbooks, answers on request, watches around the clock and escalates — and adds the top level: it works out the cause, tells you what to do, and prepares the fix behind a button only you press.
When something breaks, most of the time goes not into fixing but into finding the cause — an engineer assembling the picture by hand from several systems. At night that is a woken senior.
Diagnoses and prepares the fix (level 3 — new):
Root cause with evidence. Reads error logs, event logs and change history, correlates by time and links — a cause with a reason: what broke, where, and after what.
