Waji is a 100% trustworthy programmer. It's too bad that this needs to be the first thing said, but in today's Upwork environment, it's the first thing anybody needs to think about. He is what he says he is, and he does what he says he will do.
Waji is also a productive programmer. Good at UI design. I spent decades programming myself and can vouch for his capabilities. If he can do the job, he'll tell you. If he can't, he'll tell you. He did mostly front-end work for us, but is also well versed on the server side.
