This project was extremely disappointing. The developer repeatedly marked milestones as complete when the work was not finished or functional. Each feature that was supposed to be live and tested turned out to be broken or incorrectly implemented once everything was connected and tested together.
The automation logic failed across multiple areas, including call transfers, summaries, and backend data connections. I was told that everything had been tested and was working, but none of it functioned as expected once the full system went live. The issues were blamed on external factors that turned out to be false explanations.
After weeks of failed launches and delays, I had to hire a new automation specialist who immediately identified numerous configuration errors and poor setup practices. Every feature that was claimed to be working had to be rebuilt or corrected. There had been no real quality assurance testing done at all.
Communication was inconsistent and follow-through was lacking. I often had to chase updates, and fixes were promised but never verified. The entire experience caused severe stress and wasted weeks of time and money.
I would not recommend this freelancer for any automation or integration projects that require reliability, proper testing, or accountability.
