Zoho CRM Setup Review & Workflow Testing

Most businesses use two or three of these apps without realizing how much time they're losing by leaving the rest disconnected. Part of what a Zoho Specialist actually does is close that gap — connecting Zoho CRM to Zoho Books so invoicing and pipeline data finally match, or linking Zoho Creator and Zoho Desk so support and operations aren't running on two separate versions of the truth.
The Technical Side
This is where a lot of "Zoho setups" quietly fall apart — the interface only goes so far, and that's where a Deluge Developer earns their title. My technical work includes Deluge scripting, custom functions, REST API integration, webhook configuration, OAuth 2.0 authentication, JSON parsing, SQL queries, custom widgets, HTML/CSS widget development, database design, workflow automation, Blueprint configuration, Canvas design, and client portal setup. If a workflow needs logic the standard automation builder can't handle, or your CRM needs to talk to a system Zoho doesn't natively support, that's Automation Engineer territory, and it's where I spend most of my time.
