If your bookings or jobs arrive as chat messages and someone has to read every one, copy it somewhere, and chase the right person, that person is your bottleneck and your error rate.
This project replaces that step. Orders arrive through one chat entry point, each becomes a structured record, and the job routes to whoever should take it. When the status changes, the customer is told automatically.
This is the system I actually run in production, not a slide. A white-label dispatch platform in Taiwan handles inbound chat, structured orders, real-time broadcast to the team where the first person to tap wins the job, and automatic status replies. The screenshots are that live system. Its interface is in Chinese because it was built for a Taiwanese client, and the same architecture ships on WhatsApp, Telegram or a web widget in any language.

Multi-page site rebuilds, CMS migrations, anything that needs access to your existing hosting or admin accounts, and unpaid test work. Being clear about that up front saves us both time.
