AI Claude Expert for Social Media Content
Vivek is a hard worker, but I’m disappointed in the outcome compared to what was promised. The project was presented as a way to replace my SMM marketing team with an “agentic” AI workflow that would produce high quality, non AI looking content. Unfortunately, the final result was nowhere close to that standard.
The workflow produced very generic outputs that were not usable for a premium brand. In addition to the time spent on multiple calls and setup, the project delayed my business launch and delayed onboarding my actual SMM team.
There were also additional costs never clearly disclosed upfront. Parts of the workflow required paid APIs for image generation, video generation, and other services, which created unexpected expenses on top of the original project cost.
I gave multiple opportunities to resolve the situation fairly, including requesting a refund, but we were unable to reach a resolution that reflected the actual outcome delivered.
