Uploading the design files to zeplin
Zeplin is a great tool to speed up the slicing, taking measurements for gaps and font sizes of each element and even extracting basic CSS styling of the components.
The conversion process
Starting with the HTML structure using clean, semantic, w3c compliant code that is easy, readable, and understandable for anyone to read. For CSS, I can add frameworks (bootstrap), utilities (animation.css), and preprocessors (SCSS, SASS) as well.
